Authors are requested to follow these guidelines carefully before submission.

1. Manuscript Format [download]

  • Manuscripts should be written in clear English.
  • File Format: Authors may prepare their manuscripts in MS Word or LaTeX, following the respective template files supplied by the journal. Submissions not conforming to the template may be returned for revision prior to review
  • Font: Times New Roman, font size 12 , with 1.5 line spacing
  • Length: 6–10 pages. Manuscripts longer than the permitted page limit will incur an extra charge of 50 USD per page.
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
  • Include: Title, Author(s), Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References,Data availability statement, Author contributions, Funding statement, Conflicts of interest.

2. Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract should not exceed 250 words.
  • Include 4–6 keywords that represent the main content of the paper.

3. References

  • Follow APA or IEEE referencing style.
  • All references should be cited in the text.

4. Plagiarism Policy

Papers must be original and free from plagiarism. Any manuscript with more than 15% similarity will not be considered for publication. Papers showing plagiarism or duplicate publication will be rejected immediately.

5. Review Process

  • Double-blind peer review
  • Average review time: 3–4 weeks
  • Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise and publication record.

6. Evaluation Criteria

Each manuscript is evaluated on:

  • Originality and novelty
  • Technical quality and clarity
  • Relevance to journal scope
  • Contribution to the field

7. Decision Process

Based on reviewers’ comments, the Editor-in-Chief makes one of the following decisions:

  • Accept as is
  • Accept with minor revisions
  • Major revisions required
  • Reject

8. Publication Fee

Nominal publication charges apply to cover open-access and indexing costs.
